Arun’s penchant for writing goes back to his high school days where he began writing poems and short stories for the local dailies and magazines. That passion combined with his skills as an entertainer soon lead him to a successful career in the regional Telugu (one of the southern languages in India) television industry. There, he Edited more than 50 Serials including ‘Tollywood Special’ for Gemini TV that was highly rated by both the public and the critics.

Soon after he moved to Hyderabad, Arun ventured into film Editing with his short films after completing a movieEditing course in Hyderabad. One of his highly acclaimed and popular Serial, “Ruthu Ragalu” won the ‘Uva Kalavaheni Award’ in Uva kalavahini Festival.
